Company Profile

PARET PETROLEUM LLC is a United States’ signature oil and gas drilling contractor, having been in successful operation and carry expert stuff with experience up to 30 years. We combine our many decades of experience with performance drilling technology and Seismic to meet the rigorous demands of today’s drilling markets.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC is a leading provider of safe and High Performance, High Value services to the oil and gas industry, Paret Petroleum LLC provides customers with access to an extensive fleet of contract drilling rigs, directional drilling services, well service & snubbing rigs, and water treatment units backed by a comprehensive mix of technical support services and skilled, experienced personnel.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC has successfully secured sizable mineral leases spanning onshore and offshore concessions of drilling rights in Haiti. Paret Petroleum LLC will be the first company to drill for oil and gas in Haiti since 1979, and therefore has gained favourable support from Haiti's Ministry of Mining and Energy.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC has an extensive rework and new well drilling program. We are committed to a proactive and innovative approach our people, equipment and safety. Major Drilling’s entire working culture is based first and foremost on ensuring a safe working environment for our employees. Safety is also of primary consideration whenever we purchase new businesses, equipment or work through new processes.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC will rework 5 wells and drill 95 new wells. . After the rework job is completed production is estimated to increases more than 300% on these wells. Out of the 95 wells PARET intends to drill, 20 of the wells will be from depths ranging from 8,000ft to 12,000ft. Seismic analysis will play a big factor in whether PARET drills deeper than 12,000ft. The main strategy PARET will implement in its development program is the exploration of deeper reserves, as shallow reserves have already been identified deeper reserves remains untouched. In the early stage of the exploration shallow wells and reworked wells will provide cash flow to financially strengthen the exploration of deep reserves in PARET’s Kentucky oil E&P.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC holds a 80% NRI in a 4,000 acre  Kentucky Field currently Producing 300 Barrels of oil a Month-In addition PARET has another 6,000 acres optioned

  • Field is under-developed with 30+ million barrels in reserve
  • Currently producing natural gas –pipeline on field routed straight to purchaser
  • Paret Petroleum LLC has the ability to lease an additional 30,000 Acres
  • 2nd Party and 3rd Party reserve report included

PARET PETROLEUM LLC Haiti Oil and Gas Concessions (70% NRI) - 7,718 sq. km

Paret will receive 70% Profit of net profits from all blocks; government of Haiti will receive 30% of net profits from all blocks.

The key to PARET's success in this field is an aggressive seismic program to locate the actual reservoirs that are flowing oil to producing wells currently. Once the reservoir is located PARET will increase production by horizontally drilling into the core of the reservoirs. With the completion of shallow wells, PARET will financially strengthen itself for drilling to deeper depths. Fracking these wells will also increase production substantially.

PARET PETROLEUM LLC is looking forward to participate and invest in exploration and leases blocks Onshore and Offshore for Oil and Gas. Yemen had proven crude oil reserves of 3 billion barrels. Yemen's oil reserves are generally light and sweet (low in sulfur content) at API gravities ranging from 28 degrees to 48 degrees, with the highest quality crude coming from the Marib-Jawf fields. Proven natural gas reserves in the dedicated fields have been certified at approximately 10 trillion cubic feet. The existing natural gas production facilities in the dedicated fields have a capacity of 3.2 billion cubic feet (“bcf”) per day and are currently producing in excess of 2 bcf per day of natural gas, which is extracted and re-injected for oil recovery purposes.
